I just had four rooms of 30-year-old white oak floors sanded down to the raw wood and refinished with Bona products. They were great to work with. You can use Poloplaz Pearl sealer with Endure or Pallmann's Pall-x white seal and Pall-x Pure. No scrape, no scratch, no nothing. Otherwise time will turn the white oak yellow regardless of how it looks when freshly finished.
