I've had numerous tests (resting ecg, 24 hour ecg, echo and MRI because I also having murmurs) due to having a resting pulse of 120 and had it put down to being a non-specific tachycardia and am taking beta blockers. It doesnt bother me so much when i have a couple but when i have multiple beats like that and i am at work its very annoying and drives up my anxiety.
